Many of our finest lines are genuinely Türkiye-grown — high-carvacrol oregano, thyme, bay leaves, sumac, paprika, and sun-dried tomatoes. Globally traded spices like cumin, cardamom, and turmeric we source honestly from their best origins. We are clear about origin per product, process under ISO 22000 / HACCP, and issue a Certificate of Analysis per lot.
